BQ’s can be produced under the following rules of measurement : SMM7, NRM2 and CESMM
We will produce a BQ as directed by you i.e. we can measure in sections, trades , phases etc.
We will return the BQ’s on time and include the following as standard
- The BQ, produced in the following formats Pdf, Excel, CITIE, and specific software files : Vector and Cubit
- Marked up drawings : annotated and coloured
- Notes and qualifications : any assumptions made etc
SubContractor Procurement
We can provide the necessary assistance in the SubContractor enquiry management process.
We can issue enquiries to SubContractors, monitor their progress, manage their returns and produce concise reports and analysis using our enquiry management system.
BIM services
4D BIM
The 4d BIM services we can provide includes project scheduling , construction simulation and sequencing. This type of service is especially useful for Contractors at tender stage whether for a presentation / visualisation at submission of bids, or for construction site planning, delivery scheduling etc.
5D BIM
The 5D BIM services we can offer move the process and level of intelligence forward, to include fully costed information such as cost plans or full Bills of Quantities, which in turn will include labour and plant resources together with the material and waste for the project.
