We use powerful estimating software which can produce accurate measures as well as a variety of reports for our customers.
Our estimating services for various projects can be conducted using the following methods whichever is the most appropriate :
1st principles – estimating from rates ( historical ) or built up rates
We provide a full suite of reports , which provide full breakdowns of labour, plant and materials which can be used for planning of projects and material buying. We can also tailor these reports to suit the Client’s needs

Bills of Quantities & Remeasurement

We can take away the burden and pressure of producing a Bill of Quantities, to allow you and your team to get on with the estimating and the Sub Contractor enquiries.
BQ’s can be produced under the following rules of measurement : SMM7, NRM2 and CESMM
We will produce a BQ as directed by you i.e. we can measure in sections, trades , phases etc.
We will return the BQ’s on time and include the following as standard
- The BQ, produced in the following formats Pdf, Excel, CITIE, and specific software files : Vector and Cubit
- Marked up drawings : annotated and coloured
- Notes and qualifications : any assumptions made etc
