2d, 3d and BIM quantity take off
ConstructionQTO conducts quantity take off from all source of construction data. We can start from basic 2d drawings which can be in pdf or dwg format and we can produce quantities from 3d models drawn in 3d model packages such as Sketchup and Autodesk Revit.
Bills of Quantities production
ConstructionQTO can produce Bills of Quantities to standard methods of measurement for example SMM, ARM, NRM which ever is required of the international and local market.
Builders Quants
ConstructionQTO can produce quantified schedule of works which are often referred to as Builder’s Quants. This version of quantification can be tailored to the suit the method in which the user will estimate the project cost.
